Itzel greeted us at the front and was funny and friendly. At the end she checked to be sure we had a nice evening and visited with us about the States. Crescencio was our waiter and was very professional. Didn't overserve but was very attentive to our needs. You can tell they care about your experience. The food is great too! We had gnocchi, tortellini, and pizza which were all excellent! And the affogattos at the end for dessert were the perfect finish. Sat outside while the sun set and enjoyed a nice breeze. Service was prompt from beginning to end! Do yourself a favor and check this place out.

If this restaurant was in Italy. I would’ve kissed the chef on the cheeks and thanked his mom for giving birth to him. Everything was exquisite and the service was impeccable. Will come back everyday till I leave Playa del Carmen. Hopefully they hang my picture on the wall

Amazing experience! Food was really good, the atmosphere is stunning and the service by Kevin Ivo and the hostess Itzel made us feel well welcomed. Really nice place to discover. We tried lobster, steak, pizza & more. I highly recommend this place !

We had our wedding here. We wanted to have all vegan wedding and casa Sophia did a great job hosting us! Food was amazing and staff were very accommodating to our guests. Casa Sophia were very fast with getting back to us with prices and food options prior to the wedding and had a very much "we can do it" attitude.

I recommend that you make a reservation (if you are going with more than 5 people) otherwise you might have to wait for a table to become free. I went with my family to celebrate my son's college graduation, the atmosphere is good, good music, the waiters are friendly, especially Brayton provides a spectacular service!!! We chose several dishes, and we all enjoyed them very much, but in my case the chicken breast was a little salty... But only in parts, the tiramisu had a good flavor but the consistency was so-so, very watery, which meant I couldn't fully enjoy it. Still, it's a place worth recommending.

We had a wonderful meal for our wedding anniversary. Our server ivo was very attentive and we got by using Google translate. Itzel was very helpful. Lovely food and ambience
